广德6个竹种竹叶黄酮的抗氧化性研究

     

摘要

To select bamboo varieties with good antioxidant activities from Pleioblastus maculatus (Mc Clure) C.D. Chu et C.S.Chao,Indocalamus latifolius (Keng) Mc Clure, Phyllostachys vivax Mc Clure cv. aureocanlis N.X.Ma, Phyllostachys praecox C.D.Chu et C.S.Chao, Sinobambusa tootsik (Sieb.) Makino and Pseudosas a amabilis (Mc Clure) Keng f., leaves of the 6 bamboo varieties were extracted with the ethanol concentration 60%, temperature 70℃ , solid -liquid ratio 1 g:10 mL. Taking rutin as the standard substance,content of extracted flavonoids from bamboo leaves were determined by spectrophotometry. The antioxidant activity of extracted flavonoids to oil was evaluated by the Oven-Storage test. The results showed that the total flavonoids content in bamboo leaves ranged from 63.49 μg/mL to 112.70 μg/mL, and the highest concentration of flavonoids was found in Phyllostachys Viax. cv. aureocaulis (112.70 μg/mL) , while the lowest was in S. tootsik (63.49 μg/mL). Flavonoids extracted from all the 6 bamboo varieties showed some effect of anti-oxidation. Among the 6 varieties, Phyllostachys viax. cv. aureocaulis showed best anti-oxidant activity, and the peroxide value (POV) of the oil treated with this bamboo variety for 5 days was only 38.06 meq/kg, increased by 18.79 meq/kg in 5 days,which was just 31.5% of that of the blank control group. Phyllostachys praecox showed weakest anti-oxidant activity, and the increased POV was 56.1% of that of the blank control group. Phyllosltachys viax. cv. aureocauli.s had good potential for further exploitation.%为优选出抗氧化性能优良的竹种,以斑苦竹[Pleioblastus maculatus (Me Clure)C.D.Chu et C.S.Chao]、阔叶箬竹[Indocalamus latifolius(Keng)Mc Clure]、黄秆鸟哺鸡竹(Phyllostachys vivax Mc Clure cv.aureocanlis N.X.Ma)、雷竹(Phyllostachys praecox C.D.Chu et C.S.Chao)、唐竹[Sinobambusa tootsik(Sieb.)Makino]、茶秆竹[Pseudosasa amabilis(Mc Clure)Keng f.]6种竹的叶片为材料,以10倍原料重的60%乙醇在70℃奈件下,对竹叶进行总黄酮浸提,以芦丁为标准样品,采用分光光度法对提取的总黄酮进行了含量测定:采用烘箱贮存法测定竹叶黄酮在油脂中的抗氧化活性.结果表明,供试竹种的竹叶黄酮含量,以唐竹最低,为63.49 μg/mL,黄秆乌哺鸡竹的最高,为112.70 μg/mL.不同竹种的竹叶黄酮均具有一定程度的抗氧化效果,黄秆乌哺鸡竹的抗氧化作用最强,用其处理5 d的油脂体系的POV仅为38.06 meq/kg,较开始时增加了18.79 meq/kg,增加幅度为对照的31.5%;雷竹的抗氧化作用相对其他竹种较弱,处理5 d的POV增加幅度为对照的56.1%.因此黄秆鸟哺鸡竹具有较大的开发潜力.
