研究了微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)对斑马鱼的毒性,将受精后的斑马鱼胚胎暴露于不同浓度的MC-LR(00.61.2和2.4 mg/L)。结果表明,144 h后斑马鱼生长受到抑制体长显著降低,同时其下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴(HPT)相关基因的表达模式也发生了显著变化。 MC-LR可能通过调节HPT轴重要基因的表达来干扰甲状腺激素的分泌,继而干扰鱼类胚胎的生长发育。%Microcystin-LR (MC-LR) is the most toxic and the most common1y encountered variant of microcystins (MC) in aquatic environment,and it has the potentia1 for disrupting thyroid hormone homeostasis,but the mo1ecu1ar mechanisms under1y-ing this process have not yet been c1arified. In the present study,we observed body growth retardation associated with changed expression of hypotha1amic-pituitary-thyroid (HPT) axis re1ated genes of deve1oping zebrafish embryos exposed to 0.6,1.2 and 2.4 mg/L MC-LR unti1 144 h post-ferti1ization. The resu1ts suggest that MC-LR exposure cou1d 1ead to deve1opmenta1 toxicity by inducing thyroid disruption.
