结合本院参加医院等级评审实践,针对急诊科室特点,从人力资源与硬件建设,管理模式改革,急诊应急机制,规章制度落实等方面加强管理与建设,实现就诊人数、急、危、重患者人数、处理公共事件次数显著增加,医疗纠纷明显减少。%Combining with the practices in hospital accreditation , the author discussed the measures on management and establishment of emergency department , including infrastructure construction , management mode reform, emergency service mechanism, regulation carrying out, etc.Based on these measures, the quantity of out-patient, emergent and critical patient, public accidents increased , and the medical disputes decreased .
