浮式起重机金属结构有限元计算

摘要

The finite element analysis model for metal structure of floating crane is established by Ansys software, and based on different working conditions of such floating cranes, the external load carried by the floating crane is analyzed , so that the stress and strain nephograms for metal structures under different working conditions are figured out, with the check for the whole machine metal structures completed.%利用Ansys软件建立浮式起重机金属结构有限元分析模型,根据浮式起重机正常工作的不同工况,分析了浮式起重机承受的外来载荷,通过模型分析得到了金属结构在不同工况下的应力云图和应变云图,完成了整机金属结构的校核.
