乳腺MRI对乳腺X线摄影BI-RADS分类中无钙化恶性病变的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探究乳腺核磁共振成像（ MRI）在乳腺X线摄影BI-RADS分类中无钙化恶性病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对76例乳腺X 线摄影BI -RADS 分类中无钙化的恶性病变患者进行MRI 检查，并对结果进行分析。结果 MRI 对恶性无钙化病变诊断敏感性为98.68％，与乳腺X 线摄影（46.06％）相比，差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝42.07，P ＜0.05）。结论 MRI 在无钙化乳腺病变的诊断中优势明显，为无钙化病变乳腺癌患者的诊断提供更准确的影像学依据。%Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of breast magnetic resonance imaging for BI -RADS non-calcified malignant breast lesions with mammography.Methods The MRI examination was performed in all 76 cases of breast mammography non -calcified malignant breast lesions , and the results were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of breast MRI ( 98.68%) for detecting non -calcified malignant breast lesions was higher than mammography (46.06%), with statistical significance (χ2 =42.07, P<0.05).Conlcu sion MRI has the obvious advantages for diagnosis of non -calcified malignant breast lesions , and provides more accurate imaging reference.
