目的:探讨肠内营养支持在喉癌术后患者中的效果.方法:采用前瞻、随机和对照的方法,60例喉癌术后患者分为肠内营养组(EN组,30例)和肠外营养组(PN组,30例),观察营养状况指标、免疫功能指标、术后住院日等.结果:EN组营养状况指标及免疫功能指标较PN组有明显提高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:喉癌患者术后实施肠内营养支持治疗,对改善机体的营养状况及提高免疫功能有积极作用,减少住院时间,值得临床推广应用.%Objective: To explore the effect of applying enteral nutrition support for post-laryngectomy patients. Method:A prospective,randomized and controlled clinical trial was designed for this study. 60 patients with post-laryngectomy were randomly divided into two groups:the enteral nutrition group ( EN group,30 cases ) and the parenteral nutrition group ( PN group, 30 cases). then observed the nutritional status, immune function and length of stay. Result:Compared with those of PN group, the nutritional status, immune function and length of stay were better in EN group, and there were significant difference in two groups ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion:Enteral nutrition support for post-laryngectomy patients is safe,effective,It could improve the condition bodies nutritional status and immune function of patients, reduce the length of stay, and it is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
