游离拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损11例临床分析

摘要

Objective: To report and analyse 11 cases which used the fibula side flap of great toe to repair the defect of finger soft-tissue. Method: Eleven cases of finger soft-tissue defect were treated from September 2004 to September 2010 by using this kind of flap. clinical data were analyzed. Result: All of the 11 flaps survived. The follow-up time ranged from 12 to 24 months, which showed that the texture of the flap was good, the fingers functional recovery was better and the providing foot walks well. Conclusion:Using the fibula side flap of great toe is one fine modus operandi which leads well curative effect and satisfaction.%目的:报告11例游离拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的治疗方法和效果,并进行总结分析.方法:对2004年9月至2010年9月11例采用游离拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:11例皮瓣全部存活.术后随访12-24个月,皮瓣质地良好、手指功能恢复满意、供足行走自如.结论:游离拇趾腓侧皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损疗效确切、满意,是一种良好的修复手指软组织缺损的方法.
