摘要

Practice guidelines for preventive treatment of disease in TCM · spleen-insufficiency constitution in children intervened by massage (formulation) has been completed based on literature search, evaluation and conclusion three rounds of experts questionnaire, experts argumentation, evaluation and clinical consistency evaluation.Proposed guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of spleen-insufficiency constitution intervened by massage in children includes range, terms, definitions, diagnosis, syndrome, differentiation, treatment, prevention and nursing, for the application in pediatrics of traditional chinese medicine, massage department, treating potential diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.%完成文献检索、文献评价及文献总结,3轮专家问卷调查,专家论证会,专家质量方法学评价和临床一致性评价,形成《中医治未病实践指南·推拿干预小儿脾虚质》制订稿,提出推拿干预小儿脾虚质实践指南的范围、术语和定义、判断依据、辨质分型、推拿干预小儿脾虚质的方法、预防与调护,供中医儿科、推拿科以及治未病中心使用.
