Provided is a traditional Chinese medicine for treating the edema caused by spleen deficiency with damp harassment in pregnant women. The traditional Chinese medicine is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 g of Codonopsis pilosula, 10-20 g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 20-35 g of Astragalus membranaceus, 15-20 g of Radix dipsaci, 20-30 g of fructus cannabis, 20-30 g of Poria cocos, 5-12 g of licorice, 10-20 g of Eucommia ulmoides, 10-20 g of Herba Cistanches, and 12-20 g of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
