竹浆纤维针织物的耐磨性研究

         

摘要

通过实验研究了7种不同混纺比的纬平针组织竹浆纤维针织物的耐磨性.应用马丁代尔实验方法和实验仪对这些针织物的耐磨性进行了测定.根据织物在摩擦转数为5 000,7 500,10 000,15 000和25 000的质量损失率来评价织物的耐磨性.通过对实验数据的统计分析,得出7种织物的耐磨性在不同的摩擦转数都存在着显著性差异;织物的质量损失与摩擦转数之间存在着重要的、显著的正相关关系,织物的质量损失随着摩擦转数的增加而加大;纱线细度对织物耐磨性具有较大的影响.%The abrasion resistance of bamboo pulp fiber single jersey fabrics with seven different blended ratios was investigated. These fabrics were tested in a Martindale Abrasion Tester to determine their abrasion resistance using Martindale method. The abrasion resistance of the fabrics was evaluated by their mass loss ratios after 5 000, 7 500, 10 000, 15 000 and 25 000 rubs of the Martindale Abrasion Tester device. By statistically analyzing the data obtained from the test, it is concluded that there is significant difference between the abrasion resistance of these seven knitted fabrics after different abrasion cycles; and there is positive and significant relationship between mass loss and abrasion cycles. By increasing the abrasion cycle of the abrasion tester device, higher mass loss values are observed, and the yarn count has great effect on the abrasion resistance of the knitted fabrics.
