高效液相色谱法测定愈肝片中维生素C的含量

摘要

目的建立愈肝片中测定维生素 C 的高效液相色谱法.方法采用 Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5µm),柱温为25℃,以乙腈-0.1%的辛烷磺酸钠的0.1%的草酸溶液(2∶98)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为249nm.结果维生素 C 的线性范围为0.103~0.414μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.3%,RSD 为1.3%.结论本方法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制.%　　Objective To establish a method for the determination of Vitamin C in Yugan Tablets. Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-Aq C18 column(4.6mm× 250mm, 5µm) was used as chromatographic column, the acetonitrile -0.1% octane sulfonate, 0.1% oxalic acid solution(2∶98 ) was used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. the detection wavelength was set at 249nm. Results The standard curves was linear in the rang of 0.103~0.414μg (r=-1.0000), the average recovery was 99.3%with a RSD of 1.3%. Conclusion The method is simple. accurate and reproducible, and is suitable for quality control of this tablets.
