改性活性炭热再生效果研究∗

         

摘要

The thermal regeneration of activated carbon ( AC ) saturated with methylene blue was studied. The influences of temperature, regeneration time, calefactive velocity and times of thermal regeneration on the rate of loss and the regenerative efficiency of AC were studied. SEM result showed that activated carbon which activated by HNO3 contained a large of holes. The optimal regeneration conditions of AC were listed as follows: temperature was 400 ℃, regeneration time was 20 min, calefactive velocity was 20℃/min, and the times of recycling of AC were 4. Consequently, the thermal regeneration can remove methylene blue absorbed by AC obviously.%选用ZnCl2为活化剂,以玉米秸秆为原料, HNO3改性制备活性炭。采用扫描电镜对硝酸改性和市售活性炭表面形貌进行观测。以吸附亚甲基蓝的饱和活性炭为研究对象,以热再生作为活性炭再生方法。通过实验研究再生温度、再生时间、再生升温速度、再生次数对活性炭热损失率和再生效率的影响。扫描电镜结果表明,硝酸改性活性炭表面孔结构丰富。并通过实验获得热再生的最佳工艺条件:再生温度400℃,再生时间30 min,升温速度20℃/min,可循环使用次数为4次。
