京津冀食品安全风险防控协同发展理论研究

         

摘要

Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei collaborative development is considered as a major national strategy in 2014,so that various research issues caused extensive concerns. Food safety problems are crucial to the people's livelihood,in which food safety risk prevention and control is playing an important role. This paper emphasizes the great opportunities and challenges of collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei with face to, and in this context,analysis all kinds of practical problems,such as the balanced,coordinated mechanism has not yet formed,t the food safety source risk prevention and control is serious,and puts forward some methods to to break the regional restrictions,solve various elements circulation bottleneck,and to establish long-term cooperation mechanism,with the expectations of effectiveness of food safety prevention and control system in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.%京津冀协同发展在2014年成为重大国家战略,各类研究议题引起学界广泛关注;食品安全问题关乎国计民生,食品安全风险防控也在京津冀协同发展过程中扮演重要角色,本文强调了京津冀协同发展获得了前所未有的机遇和挑战,并在此背景下,分析了三地发展不平衡、协调机制尚未形成、食品安全源头风险防控迫在眉睫等种种现实问题,并提出三地应如何打破地区限制、解决各种要素流通瓶颈,建立三地食品安全风险防控长效协作机制的方法,期望对京津冀食品安全防控体系的全面建立发挥作用。
