Disclosed is a collaborative development support system (100) that is provided with an information acquisition unit (11) for acquiring operation history information (112) associating, for input devices of terminals (2), an operation history of a plurality of operators with operation times of the input devices, and acquiring identification code information (111) for identifying the plurality of operators; a partitioning unit (13) for partitioning the operation history information (112) into operation groups which are collections of consecutive operations according to predetermined conditions; a calculation unit (14) for setting as an index either the speed with which the input device was operated, and/or correction operations representing actions for correcting operations of an operator, and/or operations including invalid operations representing operations that were not accompanied by input, and calculating a familiarity degree represented using the index for each operation group partitioned by the partitioning unit (13); and a storage unit (12) for associating the identification code information (111) and the operation history information (112) with the degree of familiarity and storing the same into an operation history database (121).
