合作创新网络对知识密集型服务企业创新绩效影响的研究

摘要

This paper builds a conceptual model to reflect the relationships between collaborative innovation network and inno⁃vation performance based on the absorptive capacity,and uses the structural equation model to analyze and study the model em⁃pirically through questionnaires received from 239 knowledge-intensive business service firms.The results show that the con⁃struction of collaborative innovation network has a positive impact on the innovation performance of knowledge-intensive busi⁃ness service firms and absorptive capacity plays a significant intermediary role in the mechanism.It’s necessary for knowl⁃edge-intensive business service firms to build and participate in the collaborative innovation network and enhance its absorptive capacity to strengthen the efficiency of the network and improve innovation performance.%　　文章构建了基于吸收能力的合作创新网络与企业创新绩效的概念模型，通过对239家知识密集型服务企业问卷调查，运用结构方程模型，对我国知识密集型服务企业合作创新网络与创新绩效之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明，构建合作创新网络对知识密集型服务企业创新绩效有着显著的积极影响，吸收能力在合作创新网络对企业创新绩效的影响过程中发挥重要的中介作用。因此，知识密集型服务企业应积极参与合作创新网络，同时注重增强自身吸收能力来强化合作创新网络的利用效率，以提高企业创新绩效。
