Key points of sizing processing on cotton bamboo yam interweave bath towel loop yarn were researched. Pure cotton ply was selected as ground warp, bamboo fiber yarn and pure cotton soft twisted yam were selected as loop warp. Through analyzing property index of the two loop warp, sizing instruction and sizing processing were optimized. Sizing tension and drying temperature were selected rationally in sizing. Reed-in style was optimized. Finally better sizing effect of loop warp can be reached,loom efficiency can be reached 91 % .%研究棉竹浆纤维浴巾产品毛经纱的浆纱工艺要点.以纯棉股线作为地经纱,以竹浆纤维纱和纯棉弱捻纱作为毛经纱进行浴巾产品的开发.通过分析两种毛经纱的性能指标,优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺,浆纱过程中合理设置浆纱张力和烘燥温度,优化穿筘方式,最终达到了较好的毛经纱上浆效果,产品织机效率可以达到91％.
