大学生体育群体对于大学生公共体育课选项时从众行为的影响--以湖南文理学院为例

         

摘要

"Conformity" is a common social psychological and social behavior.The reform of college sports results in the implementation of the elective course in many colleges, the choice of sports course is largely influenced by the side of sports groups which lead to the emergence of "conformity" phenomenon.In other words,many students have not formed a real "interest",but the interest of students is not innate which is forcibly cultivated through the external conditions.In the college physical education,small group is a common sports activity,there exists an important influence of sports group on the students’sports interest,the formation of sports skills,the passion for exercise,professional teachers of Hunan University of Arts and Science the students from 10 classes of 2012 grade,some sport groups and professional teachers of Hunan University of Arts and Science are investigated via literature method,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics, logic reasoning and the students’herd behavior in the selection public physical education are analyzed to discover the relationships of students’sports election and herd behavior.This paper aim to optimize the effect of college physical education teaching, optimizing the group structure and the allocation of sports resources,making use of the positive impact students herd behavior, avoiding the negative influence to promote the reform of college sports, comprehensively quality education,the college student lifelong physical culture,to implement the ideology of the“health first”,to encourage the healthy development of University sports.The results show that,first,the influences of small sports groups include the extent, cohesion and self consistency.Second,non sports hobby, lack of confidence,fear of loneliness,surrounding environment,the pursuit of fashion are the main reasons for the students in the public physical education options of herd behavior.%“从众”是一种比较普遍的社会心理和社会行为现象。普通高校体育改革中,很多高校公共体育课实行了选修课,在实施的过程中发现,学生在选择体育项目的时候,在很大程度上受到身边体育群体的影响,而出现“从众”现象。换句话说,很多学生还没有形成一个真正的“兴趣”,然而学生的兴趣并不是与生俱来的,需要通过外在的条件熏陶与强化来培养。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法对湖南文理学院2012级10个自然班、部分体育群体、体育学院有关专业教师进行调查,分析学生在公共体育课项目选择上的从众现象,揭示体育群体与大学生在运动项目选择上的从众行为二者的关系。旨在优化高校体育教学效果、群体结构、体育资源配置,利用大学生从众行为的积极影响,防止其消极影响,更好地推进高校体育改革,全面推进素质教育,促进大学生终身体育的实现,贯彻健康第一的思想,使大学体育得到健康发展。结果显示:育群体对大学生公共体育课选项时从众行为的影响因素包括体育群体规模、凝聚力、自身的一致性;追求时尚流行是学生在公共体育课选项时从众行为的主要原因。
