无张力腹股沟疝修补术后补片感染治疗的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨疝补片感染的发病原因、预防和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析30例使用补片行无张力腹股沟疝修补手术后发生补片感染的患者临床资料。根据感染的程度采用相应的治疗方法。结果只行开放换药6例,全部去除补片24例，其中2例行小肠修补术，3例行小肠部分切除术，2例行乙状结肠部分切除。完全去除补片者均予一期缝合，封闭式引流。全组患者均治愈出院，无围手术期死亡，手术过程中无大出血,术后无尿潴留、疼痛及其他并发症。结论产生补片感染原因很多，补片感染应以预防为重，采用个体化治疗方法，根据不同的手术类型选择不同的治疗措施。%Objective To evaluate the clause, prevention and treatment of mesh infection in tension free hermioplasty.Methods The clinical date of 30 incision infections were analyzed retrospectively.Treatments were based on the status of infection.Results Infections meshes were removed completely in 24 cases.Open dress change with meshes left in situ in 6 cases.Two cases were intestinal repair,three cases were parital intestinal resection , and two case was parital sigmoid resection meshes were given immediate to saturate with closed drainage.Some were drained by vacuum sealing drainage.Infection was cured in all cases without mortality.There was no hemorrhage during the procedures.No retention of urine,pain and other complications during postoperation.Conclusion There are many factors related to mesh infection after mesh repair and preventing mesh infection is the most important.Management should be individualized according to different type of surgical procedure in hernia repair.
