A simple method for determination of hydantoin and dimethylodimethyl hydantoin (DMDM hydantoin) by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in aqua and cream cosmetics was developed.The sample was extracted by acetonitrile-methanol extraction agent and separated by an amino column (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm).Water-acetonitrile was used as mobile phase.The detection of hydantoin and DMDM hydantoin were performed at 210 nm with diode array detection.The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.Under the optimized condition,the calibration curves of hydantoin and DMDM hydantoin were linear in the range of 5~120 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.The average recoveries at three spiked levels of 0.025%,0.050,0.250% were between 96.4% and 103.1%,with relative standard deviations of 0.1%~2.0%.The limits of detection (LOD,S/N=3) were 0.005% and 0.010 respectively.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and it is suitable for determination ofhydantoin and DMDM hydantoin in cosmetics.%建立了同时测定水剂和膏霜化妆品中乙内酰脲和DMDM乙内酰脲的高效液相色谱分析方法.样品用甲醇-乙腈超声提取后用经氨基柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5.0 μm)分离,采用水-乙腈作为流动相,二极管阵列检测器进行检测,检测波长为210 nm,外标法定量.在优化的实验条件下,乙内酰脲和DMDM乙内酰脲在5~120 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999.在两种基质空白样品中添加0.025%、0.050%、0.250%3个浓度水平时,加标回收率在96.4%~103.1%之间,相对标准偏差在0.1%~2.0%之间,方法检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.005%和0.010%.方法简单快速、准确可靠,适用于化妆品中乙内酰脲和DMDM乙内酰脲的测定.
