射孔完井水平井产能敏感性分析与完井参数设计

         

摘要

针对射孔完井水平井产能预测误差大和完井参数设计考虑因素不全面的问题,建立了三相油藏渗流、井壁入流和井筒管流耦合模型,基于河南油田张店南79-平2井区相关资料进行了计算分析。研究表明:地层原油粘度等储层参数和孔密等完井参数对水平井产能有较大影响,根据参数敏感性分析拟合回归的产能计算公式具有较高精度(平均相对误差4.53%);通过完井参数优化设计可以使水平井产能大幅提高(约1倍);综合考虑井筒压降、储层厚度、渗透率、含水饱和度、边(底)水界面位置等因素的变密度射孔可以使水平井各段入流量基本相同,得到均匀的入流剖面,达到延缓见水时间的目的。研究成果对水平井产能预测和完井参数设计有一定指导意义。%Aiming at the large error in the productivity prediction and the incomplete consideration in the completion parameters design of perforated horizontal wells, a coupled model of oil - gas - water phases for perforated horizontal well, which includes reservoir flow, well - wall inflow and well - bore flow, was established. Computational analysis was carried out on the basis of the relevant data of Nan79 - Ping2 well area in Henan Oilfield. The conclusions are drawn as follows : ( 1 ) reservoir parameters like oil viscosity and completion parameters like perforation density both have great influence on the productivity of perforated horizontal well and the regressive productivity equation based on the parametric sensitivity analysis has high accuracy with the average relative error of lower than 4.53% ; (2) the productivity can be highly increased about one times through the optimization design of completion parameters; (3) In order to postpone the water breakthrough time, the variable density perforating, considering well - bore pressure drop, oil layer thickness, reservoir permeability,water saturation and the location of bottom/edge water boundary, can make a same inflow into each part of the horizontal section to reach a uniform inflow profile. The achievement can provide directive meanings to the productivity predication and tbe completion parameters design of horizontal wells in oilfield.
