科技人员情绪智力对创新绩效的影响--任务复杂性和情绪氛围的调节作用

         

摘要

Along with the development of knowledge economy, the role of scientific research personnel in the organiza-tion innovation is increasingly important.This study takes task complexity and emotional climate as moderating variables, and analyses the influence mechanism of emotional intelligence on innovative performance deeply.The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on innovative performance, specifically, the effect of use of emotion is the strongest, followed by regulation of emotion, and then is self-emotional appraisal, but the effect of others′emotional ap-praisal is not significant.Task complexity and emotional climate can positively moderate the relationship between emo-tional intelligence and innovative performance.The task complexity is higher and the emotional climate is more positive, the positive effect of emotional intelligence is more obvious.%随着知识经济的发展,科技人员在组织创新中的作用日益凸显。本文引入任务复杂性和情绪氛围两个调节变量,分析了情绪智力对创新绩效的作用机理。结果表明:情绪智力对创新绩效有正向影响,其中情绪利用的影响最强,其次是情绪管理,然后是自我情绪评估,而他人情绪评估的影响不显著;任务复杂性和情绪氛围均起正向调节作用,任务越复杂、情绪氛围越积极,情绪智力对创新绩效的促进作用越明显。
