目的 分析新医改以来甘肃省综合医院中医药事业发展过程中取得的成绩和存在的问题,为进一步发展提供依据和对策.方法 从国家卫生统计信息网络直报系统和《国家卫生和计划生育统计年鉴》中,抽取2009-2015年甘肃省和全国综合医院相关数据,对此时间段内甘肃省综合医院中医药事业的发展状况进行回顾性研究.结果 新医改以来,甘肃省综合医院的中医药人员数增加明显,截至2015年底,中医类别执业(助理)医师有2283人,中药师378人,两者在综合医院的占比均高于全国平均水平;中医科的床位数由850张增加至2883张,出院人数由1.1万人次增加至6.4万人次,门急诊人次数由95.9万增加至163.8万,中药效益由29038.8万元增加至105518.2万元,两者都呈现出上升趋势.结论 甘肃省综合医院中医药事业发展成效显著,仍存在诸多不足,应进一步加大人才队伍建设,打造中医特色科室,加强中西医协作及对需方就医行为的引导.%Objectives This study aims to analyze problems and achievements of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)development in general hospital in Gansu province since the new healthcare reform and put forward some suggestions to help promote the further development.Methods We extracted the data from the"National Health In-formation Network reporting system"and the"Statistical Yearbook of the National Health and Family Planning"in the period of 2009-2015,and conducted a retrospective study using the data related to the TCM in general hospital in Gansu province in this period.Results The data showed that since the new healthcare reform the TCM department of general hospital has made a tremendous achievements with the number of personnel of TCM in General Hospital increased obviously.By the end of 2015,there were 2 283 TCM practitioner(assistant)physicians and 378 pharma-cists,both proportions in general hospitals were higher than the national average.And that the number of beds had increased from 850 to 2 883.The outpatients had increased from 11 thousand to 64 thousand.The number of emer-gency patients had increased from 959 thousand to 1 638 million.The profit of the TCM had increased from 26 mil-lion yuan to 106 million yuan.Conclusions It suggests that although the TCM of general hospital in Gansu province has achieved a remarkable development,there are still some aspects need to be strengthened,including to cultivate qualified Chinese medicine personnel;to build Chinese characteristics departments;to strengthen the coordination of Chinese and Western medical treatment and to guide patients to choose the TCM.
