军队大型综合医院“护理卫生营”管理模式可行性分析与思考

摘要

Facing the reform and adjustment of military establishment system, and according to national policy for post management, military general hospitals introduced the nursing health camp and "five-in-one"position management model:"military framework, professional construction, competitive training, standardized management, performance appraisal", and came up with the concept of "nursing health camp". However, hospitals should demonstrate the necessary of establishing "nursing health camp" management model; analyzes difficulties in construction of " nursing health camp"; put forward the work thinking in aspect such as management framework and connotation construction in "nursing health camp"; and look for a new path in the standardization construction, military management and professional construction of military hospitals.%面对军队编制体制调整改革,军队大型综合医院按照国家岗位管理政策要求,结合医院护理工作实际,创新推出军事化架构、专业化建设、实战化训练、规范化管理、绩效化考核的“五位一体”岗位管理模式,提出“护理卫生营”概念,论证建立“护理卫生营”管理模式的必要性,分析“护理卫生营”建设难点,并在管理框架、内涵建设方面提出“护理卫生营”工作思考,在军队医院规范化建设、军事化管理和专业化建设方面走出新路。
