加味慎柔养真汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脾阴虚型脂蛋白异常血症的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨加味慎柔养真汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脾阴虚型脂蛋白异常血症的临床疗效及其对脂代谢的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的脾阴虚型脂蛋白异常血症60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,每次10 mg,每日1次；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服加味慎柔养真汤,每日1剂,疗程4周。治疗后观察两组的临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后血清脂蛋白的变化。结果治疗组实验室检查疗效总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医临床证候疗效总有效率为90.00%,优于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)含量均显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)含量显著升高(P<0.05),治疗组降低TG及升高 HDL C的效果均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论加味慎柔养真汤联合阿托伐他汀钙对脾阴虚型脂蛋白异常血症患者具有良好的调脂作用,且能明显改善患者脾阴虚的症状,较单纯西药治疗有效。%Objective To investigate the effect of modified Shenrou Yangzhen decoction (MSYD)combined with atorvastatin cal-cium in the treatment of dyslipoproteinemia with Spleen yin deficiency syndrome.Methods Sixty dyslipoproteinemia patients with spleen yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:Control group (n=30)treated by atorvastatin calcium,and treatment group (n=30)treated by MSYD for 4 weeks.The total effective rate was observed after treatment,and the serum lipopro-tein were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 73.33% in con-trol group.There was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM clinical syndromes in treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than that in control group (66.67%,P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TG,TC and LDL C in both groups decreased significantly (P<0.05),while the content of HDL C increased obviously (P<0.05).The improvements of TG and HDL C were superior in treatment group than those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion MSYD combined with atorvastatin calcium had a good effect on the improvement of lipoprotein in treating dyslipoproteinemia with spleen yin deficien-cy syndrome,and improvement of spleen yin deficiency syndrome.
