北京市儿童保健医生对儿童矮小症知晓情况调查及干预效果评价

摘要

目的：了解北京市儿童保健医生对儿童矮小症认知情况及培训项目的干预效果，为制定相关措施提供科学依据。方法对北京市16个区县的妇幼保健院、基层医疗机构及幼儿园的儿童保健医生进行调查，使用自填式问卷对培训前后的认知情况进行比较。结果共调查755名儿童保健医生，培训前对矮小症相关知识的总体知晓率为57.5％，其中男性（26.67％）、幼儿园保健室（28.95％）、乡镇卫生院（43.15％）及远郊区（48.42％）的儿童保健医生对儿童矮小症相关知识的知晓率较低，通过健康大课堂等培训，总体知晓率提高至94.5％（P ＜0.05）。结论北京市儿童保健医生对儿童矮小症认知情况不高，需要进一步加强相关知识培训，培训重点为远郊区县、幼儿园及基层医疗机构的儿童保健医生；通过举办健康教育大课堂等培训可明显提高对矮小症的认知情况。%Objective To investigate the awareness of short stature in child health doctors and evaluate the effect of our training program,in order to provide evidence for making relative regulations.Methods The study was done in child health care doctors from 16 districts in Beijing.The awareness of short stature was investigated before and after training by u-sing the self-edited questionnaire.Results 755 child health care doctors were investigated.The awareness rate was 57.5%totally before training.Child health care doctors who was male (26.67%),working at kindergarten (28.95%),primary level of health institutions (43.15%),and rural areas (48.42%)had less understanding about short stature.Total aware-ness rate rose to 94.5% after intervention (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Child health doctors in Beijing have general low knowledge about short stature and need more training about short stature,especially for those working at kindergarten,pri-mary level of health institutions,and rural areas.
