三级综合医院护士分层培训体系研究进展

摘要

护士培训的目的是促进护士增长知识，提高技能、能力，改善态度。护士分层、分专科培训是基于岗位的培训要求，帮助护士提升岗位胜任力。目前，我国各级医院已逐步实施护士分层培训，但是规范化的护士分层培训模式构建尚未成熟，亟待解决。本文回顾分析了近年我国三级综合医院开展护士分层培训的模式及效果，并展望其应用前景。%The aim of nurse training is to promote knowledge ,skills ,ability and attitude .Based on job training requirements ,nurse stratified and specialized training is to help nurses improve job competency .At present ,China’s hospitals have gradually implemented the nurse stratified training ,but the construction of standardized nurse training model has not yet been mature .This paper reviews the mode and effect of nurse stratified training in third-grade general hospitals in China ,and looks forward to its application prospects .
