电液混合动力轨道车泵源设计与分析

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and serious discharge of rail vehicle at low speed,a new electrohydraulic hybrid drive system of electric rail vehicle is proposed,and the speed adjustment of the rail vehicle is achieved by the stepless speed regulation of the hydrostatic transmission,instead of motor frequency regulation,the transmission efficiency of the system is improved.According to the technical parameters and typical driving conditions of the rail vehicle.the equivalent total displacement of the pump source of the drive system is calculated,and combined with the existing mature products,several pump source schemes are designed.Based on the efficiency function of axial piston variable pump and the typical driving condition of the rail vehicle,the optimal scheme of pump source for electrohydraulic hybrid rail vehicle under typical working conditions is obtained by comparing and analyzing with the AMESim software,it lays a foundation for improving the drive efficiency of rail vehicle,especially at low speed.%针对现有轨道车低速行驶时存在效率低、排污严重等问题,提出了一种新型的电力轨道车电液混合驱动系统,用静液压传动所具备的无级调速代替电机变频调速,以提高系统传动效率.根据轨道车技术参数和典型行驶工况,计算出驱动系统中泵源的当量总排量,结合现有成熟产品,设计了几种可行的泵源组成方案.基于轴向柱塞变量泵效率函数,针对轨道车典型行驶工况,利用AMESim软件进行仿真对比分析,得到了电液混合驱动系统泵源的最优方案,为提高轨道车行驶特别是低速行驶时的效率奠定了基础.
