温州民营医院的发展现状与对策研究

摘要

As a national pilot city of private capital participated in hospital, the numbers of private hospital has increased. Based on the status quo of private hospital development, problems such as strategy, human resources, land and policy has been discussed. Suggestions aims to promote private hospital healthy and rapid development can be described as respecting market rule and policy support to strengthen private hospital's role and function, highlight on human resources training, expand prevent care and top service are presented.%温州作为全国社会资本办医的改革试点城市，民营医院比重在其医疗卫生服务领域中逐步增加。通过对温州市民营医院的发展现状进行分析，指出温州民营医院发展过程中存在的如定位、人才、土地、政策等问题，进而提出推进温州民营医院健康快速发展的对策，即：继续尊重市场规律和温州其他政策协调、努力强化温州民营医院的地位和作用、加强医疗队伍人才的交流与培养、抓住预防保健服务和高端医疗服务扩展服务范畴、充分发挥温州民营医院发展方面的特色。
