目的:对现有中文数据库中有关患者安全文化评价的文献进行外在特征及内容特征分析,为国内患者安全文化评价类研究提供借鉴参考.方法:采用文献计量、回溯分析的方法对在中国知网(CNKI)中文期刊全文数据库、维普期刊资源整合平台、万方医学网数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库CBM disc 4个数据库中检索到的801篇文献进行外在特征及内容特征的分析.结果:最后纳入的文献有92篇,文献呈逐年递增趋势,刊载5篇以上文献的期刊有5种,上海复旦大学公共卫生学院发文最多,调查单位涉及21个省的三级医院和二级医院,专科医院仅有5所,研究对象已逐步从护理人员扩展到医生、医技人员以及管理者,调查涉及的量表共5种,有效问卷超过1000份的文章有11篇,国内患者安全文化建设总体上呈中等水平,还有提升和改进空间.结论:为整体提升国内患者安全文化水平,应扩大调研范围,拓宽调研群体,切实改善影响患者安全文化的若干因素.%Objectives:To analyzes the external characteristics and content characteristics of the literature on the evaluation of patient safety culture in China and to provide reference for the research on the evaluation of the patient safety culture.Methods:The external features and content features of 801 articles on CNKI,CBMdisc,VIP and Wan Fang databases were analyzed by bibliometric method and retrospective analysis.Results:92 articles are included.The literature tends to increase year after year.It shows that there are 5 journals publishing more than 5 articles,Shanghai Fudan University School of public health has published the majority.Their surveys involves tertiary hospital and secondary hospital in 21 provinces,in which,only 5 special hospitals are included.The research object has been gradually extended from the nursing staff to the doctor and technicians and managers.There are 5 kinds of questionnaires.11 article's samplings are more than 1000.General speaking,the safety culture construction in China is in the middle and upper level and still has room for promotion.Conclusions:In order to improve patient safety management in China,it is considered to expand research scope,broaden the research group,and effectively improve the factors affecting the patient safety culture.
