目的:探索“一对一带教”模式对临床教学质量的影响。方法:对2009年7月-2013年10月入PICU的149名实习同学采用了“一对一带教”方法,观察“一对一带教”模式收效。结果:护生理论知识、专科操作技能以及综合素质考核成绩优秀。结论:“一对一带教”模式,使护生的整体综合能力明显提高,带教老师的内涵也得到了提升,达到了教学相长。%Objective:Assess the influence of“one to one”teaching model to the quality of clinical nursing education.Method:“One to one”teaching model was given to 149 nursing students in PICU from July 2009 to October 2013.Theory knowledge,practice skill and comprehensive quality were evaluated at end of their practice.Result:The result of theory knowledge,practice skill and comprehensive quality of nursing students are excellent.Conclusion:Comprehensive ability of both nursing students and teachers are enhanced by“one to one”teaching model.
