高效液相色谱法测定脉管复康胶囊中丹酚酸B含量

摘要

目的 建立测定脉管复康胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的方法.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定方中丹酚酸B的含量.色谱柱为DikmaC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10∶30∶1∶59),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30C,检测波长为286 mm,进样量为10μL.结果 丹酚酸B质量浓度在28.08 ～140.4 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为100.12％,RSD=1.99％(n=9).结论 所建立的方法简便、准确,专属性强,重现性好,可作为脉管复康胶囊的质量控制方法.%Objective To establish a method for determining the content of salvianolic acid B in Maiguan Fukang Capsule. Methods RP - HPLC method was used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Maiguan Fukang Capsule. Results Salvianolic acid B showed excellent linear relationship at the concentrate range of 28. 08 - 140. 4 μg/mL with r = 0. 999 9( n = 5) . The average recovery was 100.12% with RSD of 1. 99% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,specific and reproducible.lt can be used for quality control of Maiguan Fukang capsule.
