晚期肺癌化疗患者生命质量与社会支持、应对方式的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To explore the relation between the quality of life (QOL) and social support and also between QOL and coping style of advanced lung cancer patients under chemotherapy.Methods 128 patients from October 2010 to May 2012 in General Hospital of People's Liberation Army were investigated with the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung Cancer (FACT-L), the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ).Results There was positive correlation between the total score of QOL and the total score of SSRS and also the total score of QOL and the total score of confrontation coping (P < 0.01).There was negative correlation between the total score of QOL and avoidant coping and also the total score of QOL and resignation coping (P < 0.05, P < 0.01).Conclusion Improving social support and guiding the advanced lung cancer patients to take positive attitude are the keys to increase the QOL.%目的 探讨晚期肺癌化疗患者生命质量与社会支持、应对方式的相关性.方法 应用FACT-L中文版4.0、社会支持评定量表和医学应对方式问卷,对解放军总医院2010年10月～2012年5月128例晚期肺癌化疗患者进行调查,分析生命质量与社会支持、应对方式的相关性.结果 晚期肺癌化疗患者总生命质量与总社会支持、面对应对呈正相关(P＜0.01)；总生命质量与回避应对、屈服应对呈负相关(P＜ 0.05、P＜0.01).结论 提高晚期肺癌化疗患者社会支持水平,指导患者采取积极的应对方式,是改善患者的生命质量的关键.
