结合多轮农村教师教育技术培训及行动研究实践,从目标定位、内容设计、组织形式、活动设计、效果评价以及跟踪支持等方面,详细阐述了农村教师教育技术培训的设计与实践.%Based on several rounds of educational technology training for rural teachers and related action research, the article elaborates on the design and practice of educational technology training for rural teachers, including objective orientation, content design, organization form, activity design, outcome evaluation and follow-up support.
