自血穴位注射联合微针疗法对痤疮治疗的临床应用

摘要

目的：观察自血穴位注射联合微针疗法治疗痤疮的临床疗效，探讨自血疗法联合微针标本联合治疗的临床应用。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，应用微针滚轮和电动微针（伊肤泉）控油祛痘套组，术后即时配合外敷骨胶原水晶面膜和光动力照射治疗，。治疗组：采用自血穴位注射疗法，抽自体静脉血根据不同症状进行相应的穴位注射，每周1次，6次为一疗程，同时联合微针疗法，两周1次，3次为一疗程；对照组：单纯进行自血穴位疗法，一周1次，6次为一疗程。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%，对照组总有效率70%，P<0.05，均有统计学意义，未见明显副作用。结论自血穴位注射联合微针疗法，针对个体体质的差异对症取穴，联合微针滚轮的刺激和药物渗透的作用，能有效缩短痤疮治疗的疗程，简单，安全，疗效显著。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of self blood acupoint injection combined with micro needle therapy in the treatment of acne, and to explore the clinical application of combined therapy of blood therapy combined with micro needle.Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 40 cases in each, application of micro needle roller and electric micro needle (set to Iraq skin spring oil control acne, postoperative instant with topical collagen original crystal mask and photodynamic therapy,. Treatment group: the self blood acupoint injection therapy, pumping autologous venous blood according to different symptoms of the corresponding acupoint injection, once a week, 6 times for a course of treatment, also combined with micro needle therapy, two weeks, three times for a course of treatment; control group: simply self blood acupoint therapy, once a week, 6 times for a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%, the control group was 70%, P<0.05, all had statistical signiifcance, and no obvious side effects were found. Conclusion Self blood acupoint injection combined with micro needle therapy, according to individual physical differences in symptomatic acupoints, combined with micro needle roller stimulation and drug permeation effect, effectively shorten the duration of the treatment of acne, simple, safe and effective.
