基于面向对象智能Petri网的FMS单元控制模型

         

摘要

Cell controller is the minimum unit in CIMS hierarchical control model which has autonomous decision function. This means high requirements for real time and reuse characteristics. In this paper, an Object-oriented Intelligent Petri net (OIPnet) based model for discrete manufacturing cell control system is proposed. The model can present high level scheduling knowledge, and owns good reuse characteristics. Both of these characteristics are favorable in the development of efficient and reliable cell control system. The definition, conflict analysis and modeling method of OIPnet are discussed in detail, meanwhile, an example is provided for the illustration.%单元控制器是CIMS递阶控制模型中具有决策功能的最小自治单位,在实时性和可重用性方面有较高要求。提出了一种基于面向对象智能Petri网的离散制造单元控制系统模型,该模型可以表示高级调度知识,可重用性强,便于开发高效、可靠的单元控制系统。讨论了面向对象智能Petri网的定义、运行冲突分析和建模方法,并举例进行了说明。
