45例锁骨骨折临床治疗体会

摘要

目的探讨锁骨骨折的临床治疗方法效果。方法对45例锁骨骨折患者临床非手术治疗及手术治疗的方法资料进行分析。结果经治疗，优21例，良14例，无内固定松动、折断，无骨折不愈合，2例感染。结论非手术疗法，很难保持骨端对位，愈后虽有一定畸形，但多不影响功能；手术内固定有骨折不愈合的危险。%ObjectiveClinical treatment effect of clavicular fracture is to be investigated.MethodsThe data of clinical non-surgery treatment and surgery treatment of 45 cases of patients with clavicular fracture were selected for analysis.Results After treatment,there are 21 cases with excelent effect and 14 cases with good effect with no internal fixation loosening or breaking and with no nonunion,but 2 cases of infection.ConclusionIt is difficult for non-surgery treatment to keep the alignment of the end of bone,which wil leave some deformities after healing,but does not affect its function. However,the chance of nonunion wil occur in surgery internal fixation.
