护理管理中应用人性化管理的必要性探讨

         

摘要

Objective Clinical research, analyses necessity of the application of human management in nursing manage-ment. Methods Participation into March 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital nurses worked 24 this study, 24 cases of nurses into the study group and the control group, the control group on the implementation of routine nursing care manage-ment, Study group humanistic nursing care management, and incorporate the same period in our hospital treated 96 patients for the study, 96 patients were divided into study 1 group and control 1 group, the study group by the study 1 group of nurses clinical care for patients from the control group of nurses to the control 1 group clinical care for patients. Results The study group Nurses nurse job satisfaction scale scores of each evaluation dimensions compared with the control group of nurses high (P<0.05), Study 1 group patient satisfaction with care was 94.2%, significantly higher than the control 1 group of patients 84.6%(P<0.05). Conclusion The humane management applied nursing management, can effectively improve the quality of clinical care and patient satisfaction with care, which will help the smooth implementation of hospital care.%目的:通过临床研究,分析人性化管理在护理管理中的应用必要性。方法纳入2014年3月—2015年2月期间在该院工作的24名护理人员参与该次研究,将24例护理人员分成研究组和对照组,对对照组实施常规护理管理,对研究组实施人性化护理管理,并纳入同一时间段内在该院接受治疗的96例患者作为研究对象,将96例患分成研究1组和对照1组,由研究组护理人员对研究1组患者实施临床护理,由对照组护理人员对对照1组患者实施临床护理。结果研究组护理人员护士工作满意度量表中各评价维度的评分均较对照组护理人员高(P<0.05),研究1组患者的护理满意度为94.2%,明显高于对照1组患者的84.6%(P<0.05)。结论将人性化管理应用于护理管理中,可有效提高临床护理工作质量和患者的护理满意度,利于医院护理工作顺利实施。
