人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To study the application effect and measures of humanbased management mode in the nursing administration. Methods A total of 30 surgical nurses in the hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as research objects. Nurses from May 2013 to April 2014 in A group received conventional nursing mode and nurses from May 2014 to May 2015 in B group received humanbased nursing management mode. The nurses′ satisfaction of two groups was compared. Results The satisfaction of group B (90%) was significantly higher than that of group A (60%) (P0.05). Conclusion The human-based management mode can improve the nurses′ satisfaction, personal interests and working enthusiasm. So it is worthy of extensive application.
