全程督导管理在肺结核患者中的作用探讨

摘要

目的：探讨全程督导管理在肺结核患者中的作用。方法选取112例肺结核患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各56例。对照组实行常规护理，研究组在常规护理的同时给予全程督导管理。对比两组规律服药率、规律复查率、痰菌转阴率、病灶完全吸收率。结果研究组规律服药率、规律复查率、痰菌转阴率、病灶完全吸收率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程督导管理有助于促进患者对治疗的配合，从而提高治疗效果。%Objective To investigate the role of supervision and management of the entire process in tuberculosis patients. Methods 112 cases of tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group 56 cases. Usual care group practice, study group was given full supervisory management in routine care simultaneously. Compare two regular medication rate, regular review of rates, sputum negative conversion rate, showed complete absorption. Results The study group rate regular medication, regular review of rates, sputum negative conversion rate was significantly higher in the lesions completely absorbed (P<0.05). Conclusions Full supervision management contribute to the treatment of patients with, there-by enhancing the therapeutic effect.
