全科医生在社区慢病管理中的作用

摘要

Chronic diseases which threaten people's health, the prevention and control work has been crunch time. GPS can pro-vide timely, convenient and effective health services has become an important implementation of chronic disease prevention and control work. In this paper, based on the concept of general practitioners, and analyzes the role of community chronic disease man-agement.%慢性疾病极大地威胁着人们的健康，其防治工作已刻不容缓。全科医生因能提供及时、方便和有效的医疗服务而成为慢病防治工作的重要实施者。该文结合全科医生的概念，分析了其在社区慢病管理中的作用。
