人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application of humanized management mode in nursing management. Methods From Decem-ber 2013 to December 2014 were admitted to hospital for treatment of patients with 180 cases and 20 cases of nursing staff, to humanized management mode, all patients were compared before and after care nurses after the implementation of humanized management work environment satisfaction, pay satisfaction, interpersonal relationship and the overall sense of satisfaction, and compared before and after the nursing job satisfaction in nursing patients with situation.Results After carrying out the humanized management, nurses' work environment satisfaction, pay satisfaction, interpersonal relationship and the overall satisfaction were significantly higher than that of before the implementation, The difference was Statistically significant(P<0.05); the level of patients for nursing care satisfaction, satisfaction service attitude, sense of satisfaction and sense of risk control were significantly higher than that of before the implementation, the difference was Statisticslly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanized management mode can effectively improve the nurses' working enthusiasm, and improve the patient satisfaction with care, worth clinical promo-tion.%目的:探究人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用情况。方法选择该院2013年12月-2014年12月收治的入院接受治疗的患者180例以及20例护理人员,对所有患者进行人性化管理模式,对比护理人员在实施人性化管理前后工作环境满意度、工资待遇满意度、人际关系以及总体满意度感情况,并且比较患者护理前后对于护理工作的满意度情况。结果实施人性化管理后,护理人员的工作环境满意度、工资待遇满意度、人际关系以及总体满意度情况均显著高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对于护理工作的护理水平满意度、服务态度满意度、责任心满意度以及风险控制意识均显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化管理模式能够有效提高护理人员的工作积极性,并且提高其与患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。
