开放式护理管理在首发精神病病人护理管理中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the first psychiatric patient care during the application of open nursing management results. Method Selected 56 patients with first episode psychosis divided into two groups, were given open-ended (experimental group) and closed (control group) nursing management, nursing management observed effects.Results After treatment BPRS score, ADL score improvement than before treatment, the degree of improvement in the experimental group than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of starting nursing management psychiatric patients in the open with good nursing care management results, significantly lower in patients with ADL BPRS score, should be widely promoted.%目的：探究首发精神病病人的护理过程中应用开放式护理管理的效果。方法选首发精神病患者56例分成两组，分别给予开放式(试验组)和封闭式(对照组)护理管理，观察护理管理效果。结果两组实施护理管理后BPRS评分、ADL评分均较护理管理前改善，试验组改善程度优于对照组，P<0.05。结论在首发精神病患者的护理管理过程中，开放式护理管理具有较好的护理管理效果，显著降低患者的BPRS与ADL评分，应广泛推广。
