Psychiatric Medical Record in Patient Management

摘要

Two field surveys were conducted: (1) a survey of the use of psychiatric records in the management and day-to-day conduct of quality assurance activities in facilities serving psychiatric patients; and (2) a survey of various national, state and regional agencies and associations involved in the regulation of quality assurance programs.
