日粮中维生素E、C和大豆油对高温期蛋鸡生产性能的影响及最佳添加水平

         

摘要

文章旨在通过正交试验设计研究饲料中添加不同水平的维生素E(VE)、维生素C(VC)和大豆油对高温期蛋鸡主要生产性能的影响,从而筛选出高温下提高蛋鸡生产性能的VE、VC和大豆油的最佳水平.试验选用41周龄京粉蛋鸡810只,试验设计选用L9(34)正交表,VE(100,200,300 mg/kg)、VC(100,200,300 mg/kg)和大豆油(1%、2%,3%)均为3个水平,分为9组,每组6个重复,每个重复5个单笼,每个单笼3个蛋鸡.预试期1周,试验期为60 d,统计各组产蛋率、料蛋比和平均每日总蛋重.结果表明:高温下,对料蛋比影响最大的因素是大豆油,对产蛋率、平均每日总蛋重影响最大的因素是VE ;VE 200 mg/kg或300 mg/kg、VC 100 mg/kg与大豆油2%组合的料蛋比最低;VE 300 mg/kg、VC 200 mg/kg和大豆油1%或2%组合的产蛋率最高;VE 300 mg/kg、VC 200 mg/kg、大豆油2%组合的平均每日总蛋重最高,最佳组合为:VE 300 mg/kg、VC 200 mg/kg、大豆油2%.%The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of adding different levels of vitamin E(VE),vitamin C(VC)and soybean oil on the main performance of laying hen at high temperature by orthogonal design,choosing the best combination of VE,VC and soybean oil for chicken performance is used for production. A total of 810 laying hens of Jingfen of 41 weeks age were used in this study. The L9(34)orthogonal test was used in the design of the experiment. VE(100, 200,300 mg/kg),VC(100,200,300 mg/kg)and soybean oil(1%,2%,3%)was three levels and divided into 9 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 5 single cages per repeat and each single cage 3 hens individual. The test period was 60 days with pre-test for 1 week. And then each group produced egg rate,egg ratio and average daily egg weight were counted. The test results showed that under the condition of high temperature,the most influential factor on the egg-laying ratio is soybean oil, and the factor that has the greatest influence on the egg laying rate and average daily egg weight is VE ;VE 200 mg/kg or 300 mg/kg,VC 100 mg/kg and soybean oil 2% combined egg ratio is the lowest. The egg production rate of VE 300 mg/kg,VC 200 mg/kg and soybean oil 1% or 2% is the highest. The average daily egg weight of VE 300 mg/kg,VC 200 mg/kg,soybean oil 2% combined is the highest. The best combination of improving the egg laying performance of high-temperature summer laying hens by adding different levels of VE,VC and soybean oil was VE 300 mg/kg,VC 200 mg/kg and soybean oil 2%.
