DSA最低摄像帧率在HSG的应用价值

         

摘要

Objective: To discuss about the value of minimum camera frame rate of DSA in the reduction of radiation dose in the HSG. Methods: 363 cases of HSG are selected prospectively and randomly divided into case group and control group. The camera frame rate of two groups is 0.5 frame/s and 2 frames/s respectively. Analyze whether diagnostic rate, BMI, total imaging time (S), mAs, KV, DAP and ESD of two groups of cases are statistically significant. Results:Test with X2 shows that qualified rate of image quality and pathological diagnosis rate of two groups have no statistical difference (P>0.05);T test of independent sample shows that BMI, S, mAs and KV of two groups have no statistical difference (P>0.05);DAP and ESD of two groups are statistically significant (P<0.05), and that of the case group is 52%lower than that of the control group. Conclusion:The reduction of camera frame rate can reduce the radiation dose significantly. It is a method worthy of popularizing.%目的:探讨DSA最低摄像帧率在子宫输卵管造影降低辐射剂量的价值。方法:前瞻性选取HSG 363例,随机分病例组和对照组,两组摄像帧率分别应用0.5帧/秒和2帧/秒,分析两组病例诊断率、BMI、总成像时间(S)、mAs、KV、DAP和ESD是否有统计学差异。结果:利用检验两组图像质量优良率和病变诊断率无统计学差异(P>0.05);利用独立样本t检验分析两组BMI、S、mAs、KV无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组DAP、ESD有统计学差异(P<0.05),病例组比对照组均下降约52%。结论:降低摄像帧率可以使辐射剂量下降明显,是一个值得推广的方法。
