银尔通漱口液在气管插管患者口腔冲洗方面的应用

摘要

目的：探讨银尔通漱口液在气管插管患者口腔冲洗方面的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的行气管插管治疗的患者86例作为研究对象，随机将其分成两组，每组43例。对照组采用氯化钠溶液进行口腔冲洗，观察组患者使用银耳通漱口液，对比两组患者的并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为18.60%，对照组患者并发症的发生率为46.51%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在对气管插管患者的口腔进行冲洗时使用银尔通漱口液能够有效的降低口腔并发症及VAP的发生。%Objective To explore the Yinertong mouthwash application results in intubated patient's mouth rinse area. Methods Patients admitted to our hospital endotracheal intubation treatment of 86 cases of the study, divided into two groups randomly, each group has 43 cases. the control group used sodium chloride solution, oral rinse, the observe group used of mouthwash fungus liquid, compared to the incidence of complications in the two groups of patients. Results The complication rate was 18.60%patients occurred complications of patients in the control group was46.51%, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The use of silver in Seoul through mouthwash when intubated patient's mouth rinse can effectively complications and VAP.
