沉淀聚合法制备熊果酸分子印迹聚合物及其性能研究

         

摘要

Monodispersed molecularly imprinted polymers for ursolic acid were successfully prepared by precipitation polymerization method using ursolic acid as a template,methacrylic acid as a functional monomer,and divinylbenzene/ethylene glycol dimethacry-late as a cross-linker in a mixture solvent of acetonitrile and ethanol(3 : 1,v/v). The polymers were characterized by using scan-ning electron microscopy,laser particle size analyzer and fourier transform infrared spectrum. The resulting imprinted polymers had average diameters of 3. 85 μm and polydispersity index of 1. 029. Molecular recognition properties and binding capability to ursolic acid were evaluated by adsorption testing,which indicated that the imprinted polymers displayed optimal binding performance with a maximum adsorption capacity of 26. 3 mg·g-1 and a binding saturation time of 70 min. Meanwhile,the produced imprinted poly-mers exhibited higher selectivity to ursolic acid than that for oleanolic acid,glycyrrhetinic acid and rhein.%以熊果酸(UA)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙腈+乙醇(v/v,3:1)为溶剂,二乙烯基苯(DVB)/二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,沉淀聚合法制备了熊果酸分子印迹聚合物(MIPs).通过扫描电子显微镜、激光粒径分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪对其进行形貌和化学表征;同时结合静态吸附实验对其结合能力、识别位点、吸附选择性进行了表征.结果表明,沉淀制备的UA-MIPs形貌呈规则的圆球形,平均粒径为3.85μm,多分散指数U为1.029,对UA的平衡吸附量为26.3mg·g-1,吸附平衡时间为70 min,对熊果酸具有较高的选择性和亲和力.
