Based on the understanding to the excellent performance management model and the current status of the project management for the procurement of nuclear equipment , the paper gives some advises on how to implement the excellent performance management in the purchase process, which can be regarded as reference for the effective implementation.%根据对卓越绩效管理模式的理解，结合核电采购设备管理中项目管理的现状，提出了在核电设备采购管理过程中实施卓越绩效管理的几点建议，为推进其有效实施提供参考。
