南昌站空间网架滑架回顶法拼装施工技术研究

         

摘要

Based on the high installed location of roof truss,the large area,high quality requirements,etc,in view of assembly error,difficult construction and installation problems in the traditional assembly scheme,the back lift-up method is put forward combined with the existing space trusses assembly construction technology.The construction simulations of the space truss assembly process for the traditional method and back lift-up method are carried out,the change laws of deflection and stress are derived from different space truss schemes in the construction process.The results show that:the back lift-up construction scheme can effectively reduce the structure distortion caused by assembly cumulative error;the maximum stress and displacement of jig structure under gravity loads can meet the requirements,the stability of jig structure is better,and with the increase of the traction point,the overall bearing capacity and deformation performance of the jig structure are increasing.%由于南昌站屋盖网架安装位置高、面积大、质量要求高等特点,针对传统拼装方案中装配误差大、施工难度大、安装精度难以控制等问题,结合现有空间网架拼装施工技术提出了回顶法安装方案.对传统法和回顶法两种方案的网架拼装过程进行施工仿真模拟,获得了不同方案施工过程中网架结构的挠度、应力变化规律,并进行对比分析.研究结果表明,在网架结构装配施工中,回顶法施工方案可以有效减小由装配累积误差引起的结构变形,并且网架最大应力明显减小,具有较强的适用性.胎架结构在重力荷载下的最大应力和位移均满足要求,稳定性较好,并且随着牵引点增加,胎架结构整体承载能力和变形性能在增强.
