超临界甲醇法连续制备生物柴油工艺研究

         

摘要

The preparation technology and production process of biodiesel have drawn great attention .continuously . In this article , in order to reduce the production cost , improve the production quality and benefit the industrial pro-duction , the laboratorial home-made coil reactor was used for continuous production of biodiesel based on the su-percritical methanol production process of biodiesel .The influence of stability time ,reaction temperature and feed flow rate on the yield of biodiesel was observed , showing the yield tended to be stable and attained the maximum af-ter 120 min.The yield increased with the increase of temperature and the decrease of the feed flow rate .At the same time, the thermodynamics behavior was studied , and the solubility parameters were calculated .The higher the tem-perature , the closer the solubility parameters of reactants , and easier to continue the reaction .%作为清洁可再生的绿色能源,生物柴油的制备技术和生产工艺引起越来越多的关注。在超临界甲醇制备生物柴油工艺的基础上,为了降低生产成本、提高产品质量,文中利用实验室自制的盘管式反应器连续化制备生物柴油,通过考察稳定时间、反应温度和进料流量对产物产率的影响,发现在120 min后产率趋于稳定并达到最大值,其随着温度的增加、进料流量的减小而增大。同时,对超临界酯交换反应的热力学行为进行研究,计算溶解度参数,结果表明温度越高,反应物的溶解度参数越接近,越有利于反应进行。
